Creating the Illusion of Fuller Lips
- Apply a lighter shade of foundation or concealer than what you use on your face to the outside area of your lips. A finer line will do - no need to get carried away here.
- Draw the outline of your lips with a lip liner closely matching the color or your lipstick.
- Fill in the lined area with your favorite lipstick using a lipstick brush.
- Apply lip gloss to the center of the top and bottom lip.
