To make your eyes look larger, line the bottom lash line with a lighter eyeliner than the what you use to line the top lash. Dark eyeliners along the bottom lash makes the eyes look smaller.
When lining the lower lid, begin at the outside of your eye and end at the center of your pupil.
When lining your upper lash, carry your line slightly upwards at the end. Bringing your liner down at the end of the eye will make your eyes look droopy.

I have always used a dark eyeliner on the bottom of my eyes and have thought I have small eyes! I will give this a try and see if my eyes look bigger!
