The secret to vibrant, long lasting, true to color eyeshadow is eye primer. It can be purchased, or you can make your own. To make your own:
Combine 2 parts concealer with 1 part oil free moisturizer in a small container. Mix well with a toothpick.
Apply a thin coat to bare skin, let dry. Now you are ready for eyeshadow.
