To apply every day blush, start with the apple of your cheek, stipple outward to your hairline, up to, but below, the temple; and then finish with a light downward sweep to the cheek area. Blush is used to give your face a light "natural" flush, so don't over do it.

To highlight the cheeks, put a dab of highlighter in the center of the cheek apple.
