Put your eyes on a veggie and tea diet...

To freshen up those tired and overworked eyes, try putting your eyes on a veggie and tea diet!

  • To lighten or eliminate dark circles under the eyes, try laying slices of clean raw potato on your eyes.
  • To soothe puffy and tired eyes, try cucumber slices on the eyes.
  • Do you need an eye refresher? Try laying cool and damp tea bags (first boil then cool completely) over your eyes.
Hints:
  • Use regular tea such as Lipton or Red Rose. They contain the tannic acid needed for refreshing the eyes.
  • Always use fresh and clean products around the eye area.
